    Real and excellent content
    Just want to say that I got so much more out of this episode than expected. I enjoyed that it wasn’t only fitness related and delved into self awareness and self acceptance, developing relationships with self and external resources, and the evolution of our goals. As someone that struggles with all of this, the candidness from a woman’s perspective was so helpful and relatable. Thank you for sharing both of your journeys and starting this podcast! I look forward to more and appreciate the openness of tough conversations in what feels like a sea of fakeness on social media.
