Really good conversations!

I’ve been following Ashy for about 8 years, I owe a lot of who I am today with my healthy habits because of her. I went off of social media about 5 years ago for mental health reasons (best decision ever) but I’ve missed Ashy, so I’m glad I can connect with her now through this podcast. I’m not familiar with the cohost but she seems like a nice genuine person, I’ve really enjoyed listening to all of the conversations so far. ~ Alicia 🇺🇸

These two have such a great rapport together and it’s so natural! I love getting to know more about Keiara more after having followed ashy for a few years! I am an American who studied abroad at the University of the Sunshine Coast which is where I started following way more Australians on YouTube and other socials and these two are just meant to be. I see no limit to how much they can combine their similar yet different skill sets, life tactics, etc. to keep inspiring woman to be the best they can be. Every single episode inspires me and I leave understanding the message and trying to implement some of the advice into my own life each week, which in turn helps me grow and glow! ✨
