Always a nice treat once a week to listen to Richard do those great secret shopper calls. It blows my mind at how bad these offices answer phones. I’ve used a few episodes to help train my own dental team. Thanks for all you do for dentistry!

I can’t believe you guys are so coarse in calling us out for our inabilities to control our front office team. Don’t you know how much we fight this beast in our heads everyday and pray today will be the day the Eureka moment hits them. I’ve been trying diligently to get your points across to my teams through the years on proper Telephone Protocol. I even made a script from your previous lectures on how to answer “those questions” and steer the conversation back to just get the person scheduled and in the office. They didn’t call us to get their questions answered, they have a dental problem and want help. JUST GET THEIR NAME, CONTACT INFORMATION, TELL THEM WE CAN HELP YOU, SCHEDULE THEM AND STOP TALKING! There, I said it, now if I only had the ability to get them to “hear” me. Thank you guys for all the advice you gave us dentists through the years. I do use and think about it daily. Now if I can only figure out how to get my Team to believe it works and implement it.

Entertaining and informative from start to finish. The Secret call is not only entertaining but also educational. It could be used as material to train staff for sure.

Dave and Rich have produced an informative and entertaining podcast. From start to finish it is sure to be of help to anyone who listens. The secret call at the end is a must listen. After listening to all 11 podcasts I had to update my review. Dave and Rich should get 10 stars for their information that is right on the money (pun intended). This podcast should be required listening for practicing dentists and dental students.

I have known Rich and Dave for over 20 years. I am proud to say welcome to the next generation (aka Podcasting). The Madow’s have patiently waited to join the podcast revolution, but they as always come out guns a blazing. This series is about no nonsense practical advice you need to put into action today. Nothing changes if You don’t change. Listen, employ action that fits your practice, and invoke changes to build your practice into the practice of your dreams avoiding the mistakes that too many of us have fallen into. I believe this is an excellent opportunity for dentists - especially those just coming into the business - to learn from the experiences of these two well-rounded Dentists. If you're "hungry" for change, listen and take notes. YOU have to be involved in your own practice. Just "cutting teeth" these days doesn't get it. Neither does openign your doors and hanging out your shingle. I believe this show can be instrumental in coaching you AND your staff. Make an investment. Dig-in!

My new favorite Podcast! The Madow brothers provide excellent advice with a dash of humor. They are candid and get right to the truth. I am just beginning to employ some of the steps/strategies they recommend and look forward to learning more from them!

I've known Dave and Rich for decades, and they've never let me down. They always have the best and most up to date information, and glad to see they are now presenting it in the form of a podcast. Dr. Rich and Dave Madow give you quick hitters on simple things you can do right away to improve your practice! I found the short episodes easy to listen to, and the rapport between these two made me wish there was more episodes. Highly recommended!

I knew I was going to get a LOT out of this podcast when, within the first 3 minutes Rich & Dave had already fixed a money leak for me... They nailed me... I was letting my own thinking get in the way, and was presenting CareCredit with a long, boring, scary leadin... No wonder patients have been getting weary! But thanks to the Dental Practice Fixers, starting TODAY, I'm simply going to introduce it with the low monthly payment, 12 months, and go to work - knowing I'll GET all the money! Yeah! From the “tip” at the very beginning to the secret call at the end, these podcasts are well worth listening to. The Madows, in a down to earth style, provide a wealth of information that can help any dental practice.
